Frames
The frame of the unit enjoys combined structure, is aluminum-plastic anti-cold-bridge splint frame, made of aluminum alloy and high-strength engineering plastic; the surface of the aluminum alloy profile is subject to hardening and grinding processing, of beautiful shape; the unit frame boasts flexible structure, extremely convenient maintenance and disassembly, easy for onsite erection.
The T-piece of aluminum alloy frame anti-cold bridge is an aluminum alloy cast, firmly connected to PVC; the anti-cold bridge enjoys good strength.
Panel
   The new model of 30mm or 50mm composite sandwich double-layer thermal insulation panel is shaped by galvanized steel sheet (interior layer), power-coated sheet (exterior layer) and foamed polyurethane thermal insulation material between the said layers. The panel and aluminum alloy frame are fixed by aluminum alloy splint and seal with good airtightness, and the maximum air leakage rate conforms to European Standard C of 0.22L/s. per square meter. The fireproof capability of the panel conforms to CSTBM1. The heat transfer coefficient K of the panel is less than or equal to 0.03W/m.K. The anti-cold bridge coefficient conforms to European Standard TB1 with Kb less than or equal to 1.
Humidifier
    It is applied for air humidification. It can be fixed additionally at users’ requests, which might change the exterior size of the whole appliance.
Different types of humidifiers can be deployed for the user’s different occasions. The common types are dry steam humidifier/electrode humidifier/electric humidifier, high-pressure spraying humidifier/wet-film humidifier and so on. The first three types are isothermal and the rest is isoenthalpy.
    Dry steam humidifier requires source of steam. After the separation of dry and wet steams, the dry steam will be sprayed by the nozzle.
    Electrode humidifier directly vaporizes the water by electrode, and it has characteristics of easy control and adjustment, as well as normal working in low and high temperatures. 
    Electric humidifier directly boils and then vaporizes water by electricity, and it has characteristics of easy control and adjustment, as well as normal working in low and high temperatures.
    High-pressure spraying humidifier atomizes water into small particles by high-pressure pump and atomizer. The said water particles, which are sprayed into airflow, absorb the heat from the air and evaporate for humidification.
    Wet-film humidifier is a new model of wet-film humidification appliance. The water from the wet membrane infiltrates downwards, contacts with airflow entirely for heat and moisture exchange, and directly evaporate for humidification.
    Electrode humidification/high-pressure spraying humidification and wet-film humidification require stable water supply.
    The said humidifiers can be deployed with different manual or auto control devices at users’ requests.
Heater
    It is applied for air heating. It can be fixed additionally at users’ requests, which might change the exterior size of the whole appliance.
    If the water temperature of boiler is lower than 80℃, refrigerating coil can also be used for heating. However, the hot water softening and oxygen removal should be taken into account. For steam heating, new heating coil should be fixed for independent heating.
   When with no hot water or steam, or needing a little aid only for heating, winding-sheet air electric heater can be used for heating. Its structure is a tubular electric heating element with an exterior winding metal radiating fin. With help of control cabinet (separate purchase), it can achieve sectional accurate heating control and stepless adjustment.
